Summer Berries

I am a happy gardener, now this is the time of the year where I can harvest the crop. First are all sorts of berries, raspberry, red and black currant and gooseberry, followed by cherries and later blackberries. Most berries get ripe so convenient that I can pick only a handful for the morning musli. A few needs to be cooked, like black currant or depending on the individual taste gooseberries. I found myself yesterday sitting in the garden to pick black currant. Right after work into the garden. Now I have 2 pots full of black currant, gooseberries and first cherries that are waiting for me to be processed. One other afternoon!
